Something Isn't Working Right

The #1 reason that some of the theme features do not work is due to plugin conflicts. I can’t stress enough that ruling out a plugin conflict should be your first step in troubleshooting any issue. 

To resolve a plugin conflict for your theme, you’ll want to:

1. Deactivate ALL plugins that were not specifically recommended with the theme at the same time (you shouldn't lose your plugin settings but you should backup your website just in case)
2. Then, flush your cache and visit your site to see if the issue resolves
3. If the issue is resolved, then you can begin to reactivate your plugins one by one to see which one is causing the issue
