How to Add Hearten Made as an Admin User

For theme support, installation, or customization purposes, sometimes I ask for your login information. You can easily create a temporary user login for me so that you're not having to share your main login information!

Match these user settings

Adding the user

  1. From your WordPress dashboard, go to Users > Add User
  2. Next to Username, write: heartenmadesupport
  3. Next to email, write: hello@heartenmade.com
  4. Next to Password, please generate a strong password. Click the "Show" button and copy the password that is shown.
  5. Uncheck the box for "send the new user an email"
  6. Important: In the Role dropdown, change the role to Administrator
  7. Click Add User
  8. Send me the password that you created and copied.

Removing the user

When everything's all set — whether that was an issue we were troubleshooting or theme installation — you are free to remove my admin account by going to Users > All Users, hover over my user and click Delete. In the next screen, make sure to select "Attribute all content to:" and select YOUR user from the dropdown. Confirm deletion.
