WooCommerce - Change Terms Conditions & Privacy Policy text

1. Head to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Checkout
2. In the dropdowns for Privacy Policy Page and Terms and Conditions Page, set to "No page set" FIRST. It needs to be reset this way.
3. Next, select your pages for each from the dropdowns.
4. Now you will see the text boxes show up and you can edit the text.
