Genesis - Install the Recommended Plugins

After activating your new theme, you should see a notification bar at the top of your WordPress Dashboard that says "This theme recommends the following plugins:", followed by a list of the recommended plugins for your theme. It will look like this:

1. Click the "Begin installing plugins" link at the bottom to install the plugins.
2. Once you have them installed, go to the Plugins page and make sure you activate each plugin. This is important.
3. If you don't want a WooCommerce shop, don't activate WooCommerce or Genesis Connect WooCommerce– you can just delete those!

If you don't see the notification bar, you can simply go to Appearance > Install Plugins. It will take you to the recommended plugins page. Begin installing and activating your plugins!
